yummy-licious!!
my girls and i planned to have steamboat since like ages ago and we finally established the plan not long ago and set a steamboat date on the 12th which is the tuesday which just passed. although it was planned for the whole group to go for it, guess only who went in the end? fenni, shuhui and me. =/ a little pathetic, but nevertheless, we enjoyed it thoroughly!we went bugis after our opthalmic optics lab practice, shopped around for fenni's laoda's bracelet and a salon cos shuhui and me felt like cutting our hair. but bugis only has a few salons, and they are all expensive!
after we found the bracelet, we gave up on cutting our hair and went in search for our steamboat!! we walked pass a few, have a few in mind but in the end decided on one which offer yummy-licious soups!
we have a choice of 2 soups and we chose ginseng chicken soup and spicy soup!

we started mass ordering our food although it is only the first round. =xthis is only a portion!
more of that portion but not all!
then we began cooking!!
we then ordered the super yummy-licious sourplum drink!
AND THE UBER NICE FRIED BUNS! IT WAS SO YUMMY-LICIOUS THAT WE CALLED FOR A TOTAL OF 4 PLATES! wanted to order more but we were too full in the end. lol.

omg, my stomach is growling when i see the buns!!
we also ordered jiao zi cos the boss keeps telling us to order. there are 2 types. fenni and me preferred the egg one while shuhui preferred the meat one. i hate it cos i cant tahan the strong vinegar smell in it.
and guess in total how many plates of food we ordered? 29 plates!!!! 29!!!!!!!! about 10 per person!!!! we ate till all of us felt uber bloated and unwell about it. omg, i feel so fat. =x

anyway, a few pictures of mr loh and me when we met up a few days ago near my house! we bought ringpops cos we wanted to reminisce our childhood and it has been ages since both of us ate one. so we bought ringpops and drinks and smuggle into the container near my house which was installed temporary as a rest area for the residents cos of the stupid constructions!
i guess alot of people havent see mr loh before cos we dont take photos de, now can have a good look at him lerr. hahas.
