today is my twentieth day at Capitol Optical.
today quite busy ah..

then i quite angry today.
cos got this customer, supposedly first-time wearer for contact lenses,
he came in told me he want to try biweekly lenses.
so i did auto-refractometer and refraction on him,
then in the end cos he got quite high astig have to wear toric lenses to see well,
so i recommended acuvue astig for him inside the refraction room before i did refraction,
then i said cos his both side degree different so need 2 boxes.

he said ok,
then when i finished the refraction,
wanted to write the order and receipt form le,
he asked me how much again.
i told him $53x2=$106,
then he said,"HUH! why so expensive?!"
then i replied," i thought i told you the price just now already?"
then he said,"ohh, i never hear properly, i think i go home think first then see want buy or not?"

well, what can i do, just let him go lor,
by right must charge him consultation fee de, but nevermind la, let him be.
zzz.
